       Our stuffs studied HNBR for several years and consulted advanced techniques abroad. We used the imported raw rubber and additives to produce these goods with special chemical treatments. Theproducts can be used under the special environment as deep wells of oil fields for its good performances of resisting high-temperature, high-pressure and corrosion media.

      PRODUCT FEATURES

        HNBR has the same oil-proof performance with NBR ( nitrile rubber), but with a higher heatproof performance that can work at 150 for a long time due to its highly saturated structure. It also performs as corrosion-resisting, ozone-resisting and compress-resisting. Meanwhile ,as kind of strectched crystalloid rubber , HNBR has a higher strength that can resist damage and abrasion better.

        Among all types of rubbers , its high-temperature-resisting and high-pressure-resisting performances (under 180)are at the leading edage.
